Experience 
For the Puertas del Sol Condominium, located in Lindora, we carried out preliminary studies, review of general building plans, clarifications to obtain environmental feasibility before SETENA, design of pluvial and sanitary discharge and construction permits.
The Kuora Condominium project, located in Santa Ana with an area of 1.2 Ha, we performed the services of preliminary studies, design of earthworks and infrastructure works, technical specifications, review of general plans of buildings construction permits and inspections.
For the Vivento Condominium project, located in Escazú, we provided the services of preliminary studies, redesign of earthworks and infrastructure works, technical specifications, review of constructions plans, coordination with design team and construction permits.
For the Bosque de Pinos Project, located in San Antonio of Belén, we carried out preliminary studies, readjustment of the master plan, adjustment of information to present to SETENA, design of earthworks and infrastructure work, technical specifications, construction permits and inspections.
For the NYA Condominium, located in Lindora, we performed the services of redesign of earthworks and infrastructure works and inspections in an area of 2.0 Ha approximate.
It was an 8 Ha communal bond project to improve infrastructure works. For this project we drawn up constructions plans, technical specifications and a list of quantities of earthworks and infrastructure works.
It was a 3 Ha project for which we prepared constructions plans, technical specifications and procedures for earthwork, infrastructure works and inspections.
It was a 5 Ha communal bond project to improve infrastructure works, in which we design construction plans, technical specifications and a list of quantities of earthworks and infrastructure works.
It was a 7 Ha communal bond project to improve infrastructure works, in which we elaborate constructions plans, technical specifications and a list of quantities of earthworks and infrastructure works.
The Centro Nacional de Congresos y Convenciones has become a national icon, we are part of a great designer group, an excellent client, and a magnificent construction company. A great challenge for its innovation at the national level, with record design and construction times.
The following services were performed for the CNCC: construction plans, Quebrada Guaria hydrological study, earthworks, mechanical systems, technical specifications, and inspections for infrastructure works for the project in San Antonio of Belén, Heredia.
We designed the infrastructure for such a prestigious project, its main challenge was to do it in such a densely populated area and with its existing systems. For the project, the following services were provided: Design of the infrastructure work, inspections for quality of the earthworks and the construction of the infrastructure.
