Our Team
Our TeamPHC Ingenieros Consultores began its services in November 2003 with design and inspection works, it has two resources with extensive experience: Engineer Carolina Herrera Madriz and Engineer Enrique Herrero García. The experience of our professionals provides different advantages to the client for the handling of different types of problems and to be able to provide the most appropriate technical-economic solutions.
We provide optimum designs in cost-benefit relation since critical aspects are determined beforehand that define a constructive order, so that no rework has to be done later; likewise, it is easier to foresee the problems that the project could face during the construction process and thus minimize them, considerably reducing the percentages of extra construction.
Our strategic alliances allow the client to consolidate all disciplines into a person in charge, who in turn coordinates the interaction of all needs.

PHC is an engineering consulting company with the capacity to build, which is characterized by developing its clients ´projects starting with the idea and ending with the final delivery. We assure the client that their project will be of the best quality, under the contracted parameters, both in design and construction, through inspections.
Carolina Herrero Madriz
She began his professional life in the Urbasco company together with her father who transferred his vast knowledge in civil engineering to her. Later she worked for the firm Franz Sauter y Asociados where she made infrastructure designs for different projects. She is currently a graduate of the Master of Hydrology at the Universidad de Costa Rica and is working on her thesis on urban floods.

In 2003 she decided to open her own company that had its values in design and inspection in works such as the Liga de la Caña Operations Center, Infraestruture Works for the Costa Rica-Canada Foundation, Los Tajos Wastewater Treatment Plant, Centro Nacional de Congresos y Convenciones and multiple residential projects.
