FormalitiesPreliminary studies are required for every project, to this we offer the service of requesting and processing the following: availability of drinking water and sanitary sewerage before the AyA, letter of affectation of MOPT projects, alignments of the MOPT and the Municipality, storm drain, collection of garbage, electricity availability and telecommunications availability, transmission lines affection and others necessary to obtain permits.
For construction permits, complete formalities are processed before the Colegio Federado de Ingenieros y Arquitectos (CFIA), INVU, AyA, Ministerio de Salud, Benemérito Cuerpo de Bomberos, Municipalities and others. Also, the necessary formalities for interconnections by ICE, CNFL, AyA and other entities that require approval to build the project.
